Return & Exchange Policy

At Gipsy, we acknowledge your time and effort, and therefore, our return and exchange policies are curated for a seamless experience. We hope you love all our products and never have to return any; but even if you do decide to make a return, visit our returns centre and follow the instructions.

Return Policy

You can request a return of the product(s) in case you are not satisfied with it. You can return any product within 15 days from the date of delivery. The products bought online can be returned by following the steps here:

  • Visit our returns center: https://gipsyonline.com/apps/return_prime
  • Enter your ORDER NUMBER and EMAIL ADDRESS
  • Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return
  • Once your request is approved, you will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines on it.

Please note that product(s) that are unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with all their labels and tags completely intact, in original packaging are eligible for return or exchange.

How To Return My Gipsy Product?

We will try to initiate a return pick up from our logistics partner within 2-3 days of receiving your return request.

For instructions on how to ship the returned products, refer to the email you’ll be receiving after placing the return request. 

How Long Will It Take To Receive a Refund of My Product?

Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified via email. You will also be informed about the approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved, the refund request will be processed within 3-4 working days.

The refund will be initiated in the form of a discount code that will be reflected in your Gipsy Account that you can utilize for your subsequent purchases with us.

I returned my order and received a Discount Code. How to Apply it?

  • The discount code issued will be in the order value of the product and will be credited to you once you return a product to us.
  • We will add the value of your order (excluding the shipping and COD charges) back to your account as a Discount Code. 
  • You can use your Discount Code for further shopping with us. Once you receive the Discount Code, you can utilize them to buy the product from us. 

DISCOUNT CODES(need to keep it the same way)

  • Only one discount code can be used at any given time. 
  • Discount/Promotional codes cannot be clubbed. 
  • Discount codes have the validity of one year only from the date of issue.
  • Discount codes have to be used in one go and cannot be used partially.

How To Exchange Any Product?

In case the colour or size of the product you want to exchange is not available, you may exchange it for another item of the same value or choose to receive a refund for the purchased item. 

We offer a refund in the form of a discount code that will be reflected in your Gipsy Account within 7-10 days once the returned product(s) has undergone a satisfactory quality check by our team.

Where will I get a Refund on My Exchanged Products?

In case you face any size issue with the exchanged product, we will offer an exchange only once. Please note that we will not provide a further exchange if the product(s) have been returned once. We will process a discount code/refund for the exchanged products (excluding shipping and/or COD charges) as per your preference.

In case of pre-paid orders the refunds will be sent to the original source of payment. 

In case of frivolous return attempts aimed at taking undue advantage of our Returns Policy, we are entitled to take action permitted under the laws of India

When are the Return/Exchange Processed?

Exchange/Returns are processed from Monday to Friday. If you have placed your order on the weekend or a holiday, it will be processed within the next business day.

Which orders are reflected in Discount Codes?

Please note that all Cash on Delivery (COD) orders are reflected as discount codes. If you have used our COD option then once the refund has been initiated, it will reflect as a Discount Code in your Gipsy Account. 

What is Gipsy No Cash Refund Policy?

At Gipsy, we follow No Cash Refund Policy where the original shipping charges along with the payment made through COD is non-refunded in cash. The amount will be reflected in your Gipsy Account as a Discount Code which you can utilize to buy other products.

The refund of your product(s) will be in the form of a Discount Code that will be reflected in your wallet within 3-4 business days after the return garment passes the quality check. 

However, please note that all prepaid amounts have the option to choose Discount Code or Refund in their original account from which payment was made. If you select a prepaid mode of payment and want a refund in the form of a Discount Code, then the same will be reflected in your Gipsy account within 3-4 business days after the return garment passes the quality check.

 What do I do if I haven’t received the order(but have received the order delivery mail) or incorrect order is received?

 A-This is highly unlikely, but we always leave room for human error. In case you have received a wrong product, please initiate a request for exchange/return by notifying our customer care, either by call or email, along with pictures of the product to support@gipsyonline.com and we will help you out. Please keep in mind any complaints regarding incorrect orders or order NOT received, should be brought to our notice within 3 days of receiving order delivery mail by our logistics partner, failing which it will not qualify for support by us.

 What if I need to exchange/cancel my order?

Orders are cancellable for up to 12 hours after they are placed. If you need to make any changes, email us at support@gipsyonline.com. After 12 hours, your order is already under processing and we are unable to cancel or change it in any way.

My item arrived damaged or defective. What should I do?

In case you have received a damaged or a defective piece, please initiate a request for exchange/return by notifying our customer care, either by call or email to support@gipsyonline.com, along with pictures of the damage/defect and we will provide you the best resolution.

How Long Will it take for me to receive the exchanged products?

The exchange process at Gipsy takes 15 - 18 business days from the date of placing the exchange request.
