At Gipsy, we acknowledge your time and effort, and therefore, our return and exchange policies are curated for a seamless experience. We hope you love all our products and never have to return any; but even if you do decide to make a return, visit our returns centre and follow the instructions
Shipping policy
We offer free shipping on all Orders.
A flat COD Fee of 49/- is applicable on all COD orders.
Return Policy
You can request a return and exchange within 7 days of receiving the product.
Please note the following refund terms based on the type of product and payment method:

Products with 50% or More Discount: These items belong to our highly discounted collection. Refunds for such products will be issued in the form of a discount code redeemable on your next purchase.

Prepaid Orders (excluding 50% discounted products): Refunds will be processed to your original mode of payment.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Refunds for COD orders will be provided as a discount code redeemable on your next purchase.
You can raise one return or exchange request per order in case you are not satisfied with the order.The products bought online can be returned by following the steps here:
- Visit our returns center: https://gipsyonline.com/apps/return_prime
- Enter your ORDER NUMBER and EMAIL ADDRESS.
- Once your request is approved, you will get a confirmation email.
- A Rs 99/- surcharge is applicable as return or exchange handling fee per order
- Only 1 return and/or exchange request per order.
Please note that only product(s) that are unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with all their labels and tags completely intact, in original packaging are eligible for return or exchange.
How To Return My Gipsy Product?
Simply go to the order history and click on the order return tab.
Alternatively, you can share your order number and return or exchange request at support@gipsyonline.com
In case the Pincode is not serviceable, that is our delivery agents are not able to come for pick up, customers are required to Self-Ship the products.
How Long Will It Take To Receive a Refund of My Product?
Once we recieve the return order and it passes quality check,you will be informed via mail about the approval of the same.Post that refunds will be processed in 3-4 business working days.
I returned my order and received a Discount Code. How to Apply it?
- The discount code issued will be in the order value of the product and will be credited to you once you return a product to us and it passes quality check.
- We will add the value of your order (excluding the Cod fee and return fee) back to your account as a Discount Code.
- You can redeem the Discount Code at checkout against your next purchase.
DISCOUNT CODES(need to keep it the same way)
- Only one discount code can be used at any given time.
- Discount/Promotional codes cannot be clubbed.
- Discount codes have the validity of one year from the date of issue.
- Discount codes have to be used in one go and cannot be used partially.
How To Exchange Any Product?
Simply go to the order history and click on the order exchange tab. You can only exchange the colour or size of the product, subject to its availability.
When are the Return/Exchange Processed?
Exchange/Returns are processed from Monday to Friday. If you have placed your order on the weekend or a holiday, it will be processed within the next business day.
What is Gipsy No Cash Refund Policy?
At Gipsy, we follow No Cash Refund Policy where the original shipping charges along with the payment made through COD is non-refundable in cash. The amount will be reflected in your Gipsy Account as a Discount Code which you can utilize to buy other products.
However, please note that all Prepaid amounts have the option to choose Discount Code or Refund in their original account from which payment was made.
What do I do if I haven’t received the order(but have received the order delivery mail) or incorrect order is received?
This is highly unlikely, but we always leave room for human error. In case you have received a wrong product, please initiate a request for exchange/return by notifying our customer care, either by call or email, along with pictures of the product to support@gipsyonline.com and we will help you out.
Please keep in mind any complaints regarding incorrect orders or order NOT received, should be brought to our notice within 3 days of receiving order delivery mail by our logistics partner, failing which it will not qualify for support by us.
What if I need to exchange/cancel my order?
Orders are cancellable for up to 12 hours after they are placed. If you need to make any changes, email us at support@gipsyonline.com. After 12 hours, your order is already under processing and we are unable to cancel or change it in any way.
How Long Will it take for me to receive the exchanged products?
The exchange process at Gipsy takes 10-15 business days from the date of placing the exchange request.
